Our expectations:
- University degree in Law
- Active law practice of at least 5 years
- Very good knowledge of civil law, business law
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication)
- Knowledge of practical issues in construction law and public procurements
- Business sense and commercial awareness, pragmatic approach and ability to resolve legal issues quickly and effectively
- Problem solving attitude and pro-active thinking
- Clear capability to collaborate, ability to be assertive and convince with a good dose of diplomacy
Job description:
- Cooperation with team members, providing legal assistance related to CDD (Client Due Dilligence)
- Various types of legal assignments in the field of construction and public procurement law
- Participation in the meetings of corporate bodies
- Drafting claims, letters and contracts
- Implementation of regulatory changes in the field of corporate matters
- Supervision of administrative and legal documentation within the company
