Personal care worker

We invite you to join the Epione team and provide high-quality, dignified and safe care to the elderly and/or persons with disabilities in their home environment in Vilnius.

Care of service recipients in their homes;
Assistance with daily activities and household chores;
Cooking;
Assistance with personal hygiene procedures;
Transferring patients, working with a lift;
Communication with service recipients and their relatives;
Work takes place on weekdays, but flexibility to work on weekends would be an advantage.

A personal care worker qualification certificate is required;
Or have completed 40 academic hours of introductory training and at least 160 academic hours of additional training;
Ability to work with transfer equipment (lifts);
Responsibility, patience, empathy;
Ability to work independently;
It is expected that the candidate will have at least one year of work experience, but we are also open to motivated candidates without experience.

Up to 2000 €/mon. gross
The salary is paid based on the time actually worked according to the work schedule.
