Personal care worker

Main work functions:

  • Purchase of food products (at the clients' expense);
  • Cooking, assistance with meals, feeding;
  • Maintenance of living environment;
  • Ensuring hygiene (changing diapers (if needed), assistance with bathing, washing, changing bedding, washing bedding in a washing machine, etc.);
  • Escorting to medical and other institutions;
  • Control of medication use;
  • Other necessary assistance

We hope you:

  • You are able to do household chores well (cooking, cleaning the living environment, etc.);
  • You want to help people, and not just look for an easy job (e.g., to walk, talk, or have tea together);
  • You can respectfully change another person's diaper and bathe them if necessary;
  • You can understand that a sick, lonely, unhappy person can be angry and does not take it personally;
  • You can find a common language with older people;
  • You understand that in this job, replacing colleagues in cases of their vacation and incapacity for work is inevitable;
  • You are responsible, honest, a person;
  • You are disciplined, able to follow the established rules, and punctual;
  • You have completed 40 hours of training for individual care workers;
  • You speak Lithuanian, Russian (the ability to communicate in English is considered an advantage);
  • You know how to use a smartphone.
