Main work functions:
- assistance to the client in daily life and housework;
- food shopping, food preparation and assistance with meals;
- assistance with personal hygiene, bathing and dressing;
- diaper changing and other necessary hygiene assistance;
- maintenance of the living environment;
- escorting to medical institutions, shops or other places;
- assistance in ensuring compliance with the established daily regimen and medication regimen;
- communication, emotional support and assistance with daily activities;
- provision of other assistance that meets the individual needs of the client.
We hope you:
- you are responsible, punctual, patient and caring;
- you are able to communicate respectfully with older people and people with disabilities;
- you understand that personal care work includes not only communication, but also real assistance to a person in everyday life and personal hygiene;
- you are able to independently organize your work and adhere to agreements;
- you have the qualifications required for a personal care worker or are ready to acquire them;
- you know how to use a smartphone.
Advantages:
- experience in personal care or nursing;
- experience in caring for people with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia;
- driver's license and own car;
- knowledge of Russian, Polish or other languages.
