The SENJORO organization (www.senjoro.lt) provides social services to more than 2,400 seniors - home help and day social care - in as many as 34 Lithuanian municipalities. We are constantly growing and, together with a team of more than 500 employees, we strive to make positive old age a part of everyday life for all Lithuanian seniors.
We invite individual care workers to join the Jonava city team! Our team is looking for empathetic and energetic people who would visit seniors in their homes.

What will you do in this job?
- you will visit seniors in their homes;
- you will help with daily household chores;
- you will take care of personal hygiene and daily needs;
- you will encourage communication, activity and social engagement;
- you will provide emotional support and attention;
- you will contribute to creating a safe, dignified and positive daily life for seniors.
What do we expect from you?
- you are empathetic, patient and responsible;
- you are able to communicate with different people;
- you know how to adapt to different situations;
- you are able to remain calm in stressful situations;
- you are flexible and motivated to do meaningful work;
- experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is attitude and desire.
Also required:
- 40 ac. hrs. of individual care specialist introductory training or social worker assistant, visiting care worker or individual care worker qualification certificate, or WILLINGNESS TO ACQUIRE IT.
- driver's license and own car - an advantage.

- employment with an open-ended employment contract;
- travel time payment – additional paid time spent on the road between the first and last service recipient;
