Individual care worker

Providing individual care and assistance to children and/or adolescents with disabilities.
Assistance in developing independence, social and daily living skills.
Assistance to service recipients in daily activities, ensuring nutrition, hygiene and other individual needs.
Participation and assistance in organizing educational, social skills and leisure activities.
Cooperation with social workers, psychologists, employment specialists and other team members.
Communication with relatives of service recipients according to competence.
Participation in trips, education and community activities.
Filling out documentation according to the functions assigned to the position.
Ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for service recipients.

The right to work as an individual care worker in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
Valid QR code (code for legal work with children).
Valid medical book for mandatory health examination.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Responsibility, patience, empathy and a respectful attitude towards children and adolescents.
Ability to quickly respond to situations and make decisions within their competence.
Impeccable reputation.
