What will you do in this job?
- you will visit seniors in their homes;
- you will help with daily household chores;
- you will take care of personal hygiene and daily needs;
- you will encourage communication, activity and social engagement;
- you will provide emotional support and attention;
- you will contribute to creating a safe, dignified and positive daily life for seniors.
What do we expect from you?
- you are empathetic, patient and responsible;
- you are able to communicate with different people;
- you know how to adapt to different situations;
- you are able to remain calm in stressful situations;
- you are flexible and motivated to do meaningful work;
- experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is attitude and desire.
Also required:
- 40 ac. hrs. of introductory training for an individual care specialist or a qualification certificate for a social worker assistant, visiting care worker or individual care worker, or a WILLINGNESS TO ACQUIRE IT.
- a driver's license and your own car (expenses are paid by the company).

- employment with an open-ended employment contract;
- travel time payment – additional paid time spent on the road between the first and last service recipient;

- work according to an individual schedule with the possibility of working on weekends (summary accounting of working time);

- 16 academic hours per year for improving training competencies;
- training in the positive aging steps methodology.
