INDIVIDUAL CARE WORKER (PART-TIME)

The purpose of your work is to provide quality assistance to the social worker in order to increase the independence of the visitors of our center, improve social skills and well-being.
In this job, you will first get to know the visitors of the center, our team of employees and volunteers, you will learn a lot of information, you will learn everything that we do, and then you will help the social worker and the visitors of the center. A specific action plan will be drawn up by a social worker. All you have to do is sensitively, responsibly, carefully and sincerely do what is intended. More details - during the meeting.

We hope that you have a higher education and/or have studied 40 credits. at social worker's introductory training, you aspire to become a social worker, you are a psychologically stable person with empathy and compassion, you react to situations calmly and positively. English we would consider your skills as an advantage - you would have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge not only in Lithuania.
