If you are responsible and able to quickly establish contact with people, and remain calm in difficult situations, then we invite you to join our team!
What are you going to do:
- Ensure compliance with the rules set forth in the Center;
- Fulfill obligations under residents' accommodation contracts;
- Ensure the safety of the center's residents;
- Consult residents during crisis situations;
- Help resolve emerging conflicts.
What do we expect from you:
- Have a qualification as an individual care worker (at least 40 hours);
- Be sociable and able to communicate smoothly;
- Know how to quickly analyze situations and make decisions;
- Be able to calmly respond to crises and stressful situations;
- Effectively solve emerging difficulties;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
