Vilnius - Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės administracija
Vilnius City Complex Service Center "Šeimos slėnis", an institution subordinate to Vilnius City Municipality, is looking for an individual care worker.

Nature of work:

  • The employee performs activities related to the service recipient (children with disabilities and (or) behavioral and emotional disorders) self-service, self-management, nutrition, education, and provides supervision to service recipients;
  • Supervises the order and cleanliness of the premises of the service recipient group;
  • In his/her activities, he/she is guided by ethical norms and values, respects the service recipient and appreciates his/her uniqueness;
  • Is empathetic, tries to understand each service recipient and help him/her;
  • Selects appropriate work methods that meet the needs and interests of service recipients.
  • Provides day social care in the institution.
Work is carried out according to a set schedule.

Job requirements

  • Have at least secondary education;
  • Have the right to work as an individual care worker (having acquired the appropriate qualification
or having completed introductory training);
  • Be able to provide first aid;
  • Be able to take care of people's independence, hygiene and emotional state;
  • Create a good psychological climate at work.
