We are looking for a caring, responsible and respectful person who would like to contribute to helping seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes.
During your work, you will help people in their everyday lives: in the household, preparing or providing food, shopping, accompanying them to the doctor or other institutions, performing daily chores and creating more security and peace in their homes.
It is important to us that assistance is provided not in a hasty or formal manner, but carefully, with respect for the person, their habits and daily routine.

Employee requirements
We hope that someone will join our team who:
is able to communicate respectfully and calmly;
is responsible, punctual and reliable;
has patience and tact when communicating with an older person or a person with a disability;
understands that sincere attention and human connection are very important in this work;
is able to independently perform assigned tasks and adhere to agreements.
40 ac. hrs. introductory training for an individual care worker or a social worker assistant certificate is an advantage.
If you do not yet have this training, but want to acquire it and work in this field – we invite you to apply. We will help you prepare for the job smoothly.
Previous work experience is not necessary. We also value informal care experience, for example, caring for a loved one.
