Personal care worker

Assistance to elderly people and people with disabilities (assistance is provided in their homes) to cope with daily challenges (organization of meals, purchase of food products, assistance in the household and housework, personal hygiene services, organization of personal health care - purchase of medications, accompaniment to the doctor and other services).

Have at least secondary education;
Have acquired the qualification of an individual care worker;
Be able to communicate respectfully and empathetically with elderly people and (or) people with disabilities;
Help residents meet their daily needs;
Help with personal hygiene procedures;
Accompany residents, help them move;
Be able to work in a team and independently plan their work;
Be responsible, dutiful, honest and diligent;
Have good communication and cooperation skills;
Cooperate with social workers and other team members;
Be able to comply with professional ethics, confidentiality and personal data protection requirements;
Be proficient in the state language in accordance with the procedure established by law;
Work experience in the field of social care or healthcare would be an advantage.
