The Lithuanian Red Cross is a humanitarian organization operating in Lithuania for over 100 years and part of the global Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. We strengthen public preparedness for crises, help vulnerable people, foster volunteerism and provide humanitarian assistance throughout Lithuania.
We are looking for a Head of Individual Supporters who will create and develop a strategy for attracting and retaining individual supporters, strengthen long-term support and contribute to the financial sustainability of the organization.

What will you do:
- You will create and develop a direction for attracting, retaining and growing individual supporters, achieving the goals of the organization.
- You will plan and implement upgrade and win-back campaigns, strengthen supporter loyalty and increase long-term support results.
- You will develop and improve digital support attraction channels and ensure their effectiveness.
- You will coordinate and develop cooperation with call centers and other partners, prepare call scripts and trainings, and ensure the quality of campaigns.
- You will develop and coordinate face-to-face fundraising activities, ensure its quality, efficiency and performance results.
- You will plan campaign budgets, monitor performance indicators, analyze results and provide suggestions for their improvement.
- You will cooperate with internal teams and partners, ensuring the smooth implementation of support attraction processes.
What to expect:
- At least 2 years of experience in individual customer sales, fundraising, marketing or other performance management.
- Ability to plan and implement campaigns, analyze their results and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of the customer or sponsor life cycle - attraction, retention, value creation and recovery.
- Experience in collaborating with external partners or service providers.
- Ability to clearly prepare campaign proposals, communication materials and process descriptions.
- Excellent planning, priority management, collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Independence, initiative and result orientation.
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills.
We will consider it an advantage:
- experience in fundraising, insurance, telecommunications or subscription businesses
- experience with telemarketing, Face-to-Face fundraising or CRM systems;
- experience in project coordination or team management.
What we offer:
- Salary – 2,400 Eur/month (gross) and the opportunity to receive additional remuneration for the achieved results.
