Nature of work

  • systematic organization and execution of the sales process of the products manufactured by the company, according to individual customer orders;
  • preparation of contracts, control of settlements;
  • implementation of received orders in cooperation with the laboratory and production department;
  • maintaining relations with existing clients and searching for new clients;
  • participation in the development of the assortment (products, design) together with the team;
  • participation in exhibitions and other events, representing the company's production according to individual orders;
  • achievement of sales goals;
  • preparation of promotions and tastings for potential customers.

Employee requirements

  • work experience in sales and with HoReCa clients;
  • excellent negotiation skills;
  • fluent Lithuanian and coherent presentation of thoughts;
  • result-oriented and strategic thinking;
  • good computer and data analysis skills;
  • motivation, activity and self-control.
  • ability to go on business trips (driver's license required).

Salary

1700-2000 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a basic salary and a quarterly bonus based on sales. The salary is discussed during the interview.
