Head of Industry Department

AVS Pipefit is looking for an Industrial Manager to join its rapidly growing team.

We are looking for someone who can simultaneously manage projects, teams, finances and customer expectations. Someone who is not afraid to make decisions, take responsibility and see the whole picture – from the work site to the profitability of the project.

This is a position that combines technical understanding, management and business logic.

●Manage and supervise industrial projects in Lithuania and abroad – from planning to final implementation;
●Manage the employees of your department, plan the department's workload, organize activities, distribute tasks and ensure that the team works clearly, efficiently and purposefully;
●Ensure control of project income and costs, analyze specifications, budgets and project profitability;
●Control compliance with contract terms, deadlines, quality of work, use of materials and tools;
●Make timely decisions and ensure smooth project implementation even in complex situations;
●Promptly resolve technical, organizational and human challenges arising during the course of projects;
●Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and partners;
●Provide suggestions for improving work efficiency, processes and results.

●Experience working with industrial projects (pipelines and/or metal structures – a big advantage);
●Ability to simultaneously manage projects, people, deadlines and priorities;
●Good computer skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office;
●Good oral and written English;
●Oral Russian (advantage);
●Knowledge of the basics of economics and experience in managing project income and expenses;
●Knowledge of business etiquette and ability to apply it in practice;
●Higher education (technical/engineering – an advantage);
●Responsibility, ability to make decisions and orientation to results.
