AVS PipeFit is inviting an INDUSTRIAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER to join the team. He/She will lead the department team, develop industrial projects in Lithuania and abroad, and be responsible for their smooth implementation and financial results.
Responsibilities
- Manage the activities of the Industry Department and supervise industrial projects in Lithuania and abroad – from planning to successful implementation;
- Manage the department team, plan resources, their allocation to projects and ensure the effective work of the department;
- Ensure the financial results of the department and ongoing projects – control income, costs, budgets and project profitability;
- Analyze project specifications, assess the scope of work, required resources and potential risks;
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, deadlines, quality of work and planned budgets;
- Make decisions on technical, organizational and resource-related issues arising during the course of projects;
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring smooth cooperation during ongoing projects;
- Initiate and implement solutions that increase the efficiency of the department's activities and improve financial results.
What do we expect from you
- Experience in managing industrial projects and teams (experience in the field of pipelines and / or metal structures is a great advantage);
- Ability to plan and manage project resources, deadlines, budgets and ensure the achievement of expected results;
- Understanding of financial project management - ability to control income, costs and assess project profitability;
- Higher education (technical or engineering - an advantage);
- Good knowledge of English and Russian, both spoken and written;
- Ability to independently make decisions, take responsibility and effectively solve complex situations.
