Our team combines experienced specialists capable of implementing complex pipeline and metal construction projects on an international scale.
Your responsibilities:
- Sales of industrial and production projects (pipeline and structure production, installation works) in foreign and Lithuanian markets;
- Search for new customers and develop relationships;
- Creating long-term partnerships and developing existing customers;
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating and closing deals;
- Market analysis and forming sales strategies;
- Cooperation with project and production teams to ensure smooth project implementation;
- Representing the company at international meetings, exhibitions and visits;
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Experience working with foreign markets (you know that "follow-up" is not a one-time action);
- Understanding of industrial and production projects (pipelines, metal structures, mechanics, energy - a big advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of English (Russian or another EU language - a bonus in negotiations);
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from the first contact to the deal;
- Strong negotiation skills (you know how to say "no", but in a way that the deal still happens);
- Result-oriented (because in the end, it's not how many calls, but how many contracts are important);
- Initiative, responsibility and "owner mindset" (when the project is yours - it's really yours);
