UAB "Stiliaus kodas" is a rapidly growing e-commerce company developing beauty and lifestyle projects.
We work with brands PAESE, Skinlovers, Sea&Salt, Easyglow, create and grow our own e-shops and are constantly looking for new ways to grow our brands through influencers, communities and authentic content.
We are looking for someone who understands that a strong brand today is created not only by advertising, but also by people who talk about it, recommend it and want to be a part of it.

Nature of work
- Search for influencers and create long-term partnerships
- Planning, coordinating and implementing influencer campaigns
- Communication with influencers: from the first contact and proposal to campaign implementation
- Creating and growing a network of brand ambassadors
- Search for micro and nano influencers and actively engaging them
- Organizing product giveaways, gifting campaigns and other activations
- Generating creative campaigns and collaboration formats
- Creating, engaging and growing communities around our brands
- Strengthening relationships with the most loyal customers, creators and fans of brands
- Monitoring the content created by influencers and identifying the best-performing formats
- Analyzing campaign results and searching for new growth opportunities
- Tracking and adapting influencer marketing, social media and community building trends to our brands

- Experience in influencer marketing, social media or similar field
- Ability to easily make contacts and build long-term relationships
- Understanding how influencer marketing works and what determines a successful influencer-brand partnership
- Ability to independently organize and coordinate campaigns
- Knowledge of the social media and creator market
- Creativity - we want to not only "order posts", but also create interesting partnerships and activations
- Initiative and desire to constantly look for new influencers, formats and growth opportunities
- Analytical approach - ability to evaluate what works and what doesn't
- Knowledge of AI tools - an advantage
