Nature of work
We are looking for an information and cybersecurity specialist to help our clients assess and practically manage cybersecurity risks.
Main responsibilities:
Assessment of information and cybersecurity status and compliance;
Assistance in implementing TIS2, Cybersecurity Law, ISO 27001 and other relevant requirements;
Risk assessment and preparation of security improvement plans;
Preparation of security policies, procedures, registers and other documentation;
Performing the functions of a security officer or external CISO in client organizations;
Consulting client managers and employees;
Participation in audits, projects and meetings with clients;
Cooperation with technical specialists and auditors.
Remote work in Lithuania. Live meetings with the team and clients are organized if necessary.

Employee requirements
Experience in information or cybersecurity, IT risks, compliance or auditing.
Understanding of key cybersecurity risks and their management tools.
Ability to clearly prepare documents and explain technical issues in business language.
Independence, responsibility and ability to work on multiple projects.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and at least working English.
Willingness to learn and consistently deepen professional competencies.
Advantages:
experience in performing the functions of a security officer, CISO or information security manager;
Knowledge of ISO 27001, TIS2/NIS2, DORA, NIST or CIS Controls;
experience in auditing, risk assessment or security documentation;
fundamentals of technical IT, network, cloud or vulnerability management;
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 or other related certifications.
Not having certifications is not an obstacle if the candidate has practical knowledge and is ready to grow.
