We are looking for a colleague who:

control the use of access rights to registers and information systems;
monitor the use of non-public information and prepare reports;
analyze data provision flows and their changes and make proposals;
control data provision agreements;
initiate investigations upon detection of cases of illegal data use and participate in them;
analyze trends in data provision violations and make preventive proposals;
select and assess the most risky data provision cases and data recipients;
make proposals for strengthening the monitoring and control of data recipients;
develop methodologies, procedures and process descriptions in the field of data provision;
initiate decisions related to strengthening data security and control.

This position requires:

higher education or equivalent in the fields of natural sciences (mathematics, computer science, statistics) or technological sciences (computer engineering) or social sciences (economics, management, law);
at least 1 (one) year of work experience in the field of data analysis, applying data analysis principles and methods, selecting and analyzing large amounts of data;
ability to manage, systematize and analyze large amounts of data and draw conclusions;
knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union;
excellent ability to fluently and correctly present thoughts in Lithuanian, both written and oral
proficiency in English at level B1;
good Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of information systems;
ability to analyze structured and unstructured information;
Compliance with the requirements set out in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;

Salary:

2,800 - 4,200 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
