- would ensure the Company's resilience and preparedness for crises, prepare emergency management and business continuity plans and coordinate their practical implementation and testing;
- implement the requirements for the physical and operational protection of facilities and assets important for ensuring national security, strictly adhering to the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security;
- organize and coordinate preparation for mobilization, ensuring uninterrupted performance of the Company's critical functions and management of the necessary resources;
- ensure comprehensive security and proper administration of classified and non-public information, be responsible for the operation of classified information communications and information systems and their development;
- form an integrated safety culture in all Company facilities, ensuring high standards of fire safety, occupational safety and health and compliance with them;
- initiate and develop internal legal acts and methodologies adapted to specific safety and preparedness needs, and control their actual application;
- represent the Company and ensure timely provision of information to competent authorities on issues of national security, civil protection and mobilization.
In this position, we value:
- higher university degree or equivalent in law, computer science, mathematics, physics or computer engineering;
- at least 1 year of experience in leading a structural unit, project group or functional management (team work coordination, process management);
- at least 2 years of professional work experience in the field of information security management, cyber security or organization of physical and operational safety of objects important for ensuring national security;
- excellent knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union regulating cybersecurity, data protection, protection of state and official secrets, and physical and operational security of objects important for ensuring national security;
- excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and oral;
- knowledge of English at a level not lower than B2;
- compliance with the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security;
- compliance with the requirements established by legal acts necessary for issuing a permit to work or to familiarize oneself with classified information;
- strategic thinking, leadership, ability to make decisions and take responsibility for team results, orientation towards process security, and impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:
- 4 120 – 6 180 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact amount of salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
