Nature of work

you will form, develop and maintain the cybersecurity architecture of the Company's IT and OT systems, ensure its compliance with security requirements, standards and best practices;
you will assess new and changing information systems, technological solutions and infrastructure, determine security requirements and ensure their integration throughout the solution lifecycle;
you will perform threat modeling, identify potential attack vectors and assess information security risks in IT and OT environments;
you will assess, select and coordinate the design, implementation, integration and maintenance of technical security solutions, automate security processes and develop solution integrations;
you will organize or coordinate security audits, vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, analyze their results and initiate security improvement measures;
you will analyze security incidents at the architectural level and provide recommendations for long-term security improvement solutions;
you will prepare technical security requirements for procurement, assess the security of solutions proposed and implemented by suppliers and contractors;
you will ensure compliance with information security requirements with legal acts and standards, coordinate the elimination of discrepancies identified in internal and external audits and consult colleagues on information security issues.

Employee requirements

higher university degree or equivalent in information technology, information security, cybersecurity, informatics or a related field;
work experience in information security and cybersecurity, IT architecture, IT infrastructure or a related field;
knowledge of information security architecture, secure system design (Security by Design / Secure by Design), information security risk management principles and legal acts and standards regulating information security and cybersecurity (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, etc.);
experience in threat modeling, determining security requirements, assessing system and infrastructure security and designing or implementing technical security solutions (in access control, network security, vulnerability management or other areas);
professional information or cybersecurity certificates (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CASP+, OSCP or equivalent), as well as experience in OT, SCADA or critical infrastructure security would be an advantage;
analytical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills, initiative, responsibility, result-oriented and continuous professional development;
experience working with cloud technologies and their security solutions (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 or others) would be an advantage;
excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
category B driver's license.

Offered remuneration:

5200–6700 EUR (taxes included), depending on competencies and experience.
