Main responsibilities:
- Develop and regularly update the information security policy of LTG Group companies in accordance with the Law on Cybersecurity of the Republic of Lithuania, good international and national practices and legal acts
- Develop procedures, rules and recommendations for ensuring information security
- Analyze incidents and develop preventive measures to protect the group companies from similar events in the future
- Conduct security audits of systems and programs in order to identify vulnerabilities, provide instructions and recommendations for eliminating vulnerabilities
- Develop cyber incident management plans and processes in order to ensure speed of response and business continuity, organize security incident investigations
What do we expect?
- Higher education in information technology, information security, cybersecurity or similar field
- Work experience in information security, IT security or related fields
- Experience in developing information security policies, procedures and standards
- Knowledge of information security management systems (e.g. ISO 27001 or similar), personal data protection requirements (GDPR) practical implementation knowledge
- Ability to analyze and assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, formulate solutions
- Experience in organizing training and preparing training materials on information security issues
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or similar. certificates – an advantage
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
