Nature of work

  • organize and coordinate the organization's information security risk assessments and ensure their regular updating;
  • assess and improve the effectiveness of the implemented security control measures, ensure their compliance with the identified risks;
  • coordinate the planning, implementation and progress monitoring of information security program measures;
  • ensure compliance with legal acts and standards (KSI, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, internal policy, etc.);
  • initiate and coordinate the planning and implementation of information and cybersecurity measures;
  • cooperate with the organization's departments in implementing information security risk control mechanisms.

Employee requirements

  • higher university education in the field of cybersecurity, information technology or law, or accumulated practical work experience in the field of cybersecurity;
  • knowledge of the Lithuanian Cybersecurity Law and the legal acts implementing the law;
  • practical knowledge of information security standards and good practices (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls or similar);
  • ability to assess risks and make decisions based on their analysis;
  • ability to prepare internal legal acts, policies and procedures in the field of information security;
  • excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • ability to work independently and coordinate activities;
  • good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
