Nature of work
- organize and coordinate the organization's information security risk assessments and ensure their regular updating;
- assess and improve the effectiveness of the implemented security control measures, ensure their compliance with the identified risks;
- coordinate the planning, implementation and progress monitoring of information security program measures;
- ensure compliance with legal acts and standards (KSI, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, internal policy, etc.);
- initiate and coordinate the planning and implementation of information and cybersecurity measures;
- cooperate with the organization's departments in implementing information security risk control mechanisms.
Employee requirements
- higher university education in the field of cybersecurity, information technology or law, or accumulated practical work experience in the field of cybersecurity;
- knowledge of the Lithuanian Cybersecurity Law and the legal acts implementing the law;
- practical knowledge of information security standards and good practices (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls or similar);
- ability to assess risks and make decisions based on their analysis;
- ability to prepare internal legal acts, policies and procedures in the field of information security;
- excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- ability to work independently and coordinate activities;
- good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
