Nature of work
- develop, implement and improve the information security governance, risk and compliance (GRC) control system at the EPSO-G group level;
- monitor and interpret regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the energy sector and organize appropriate activities to ensure the applicable requirements (e.g., Cybersecurity Law, ISO 27001);
- assess the Company's information security risks and ensure a unified assessment process at the Group level;
- organize and coordinate audit and self-assessment activities;
- develop, update and monitor security policies, procedures and standards;
- manage third-party (supplier) information security risks and compliance with requirements;
- develop information security indicators, prepare security status reports and recommendations based on them and present them to interested parties;
- provide consultations on governance issues, cooperate with representatives of the Group's companies in implementing the established requirements;
- Participate in security incident management – representing a compliance and third-party risk management perspective.
Employee requirements
- higher education in cybersecurity, information technology or related field;
- practical work experience in the field of information security, GRC, risk management or compliance;
- deep knowledge of the Lithuanian Cybersecurity Law, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls and other good practices;
- ability to objectively assess risks and make decisions based on their analysis;
- excellent skills in developing internal legal acts and processes and procedures;
- strong analytical, communication and organizational skills;
- ability to coordinate activities and structure processes;
- fluent Lithuanian and English.
Advantages
- professional certificates: CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or similar;
- experience in energy, critical infrastructure or other regulated sector;
- experience working with GRC tools, developing GRC processes.
