Nature of work
- implement the Group's information security policy, implement and develop the Information Security Management System in EPSO-G, BALTPOOL and TETAS companies;
- assess Information Security risks, prepare action plans and coordinate their implementation;
- ensure compliance with legal acts and the security standards of the group of companies, carry out control over their compliance;
- ensure information security operations, incident management by coordinating the actions of SOC, IT and other related departments, as well as service providers;
- cooperate with other companies of the Group, ensuring unified implementation of security measures and implementation of good practices at the Group level;
- consult employees, develop and organize awareness-raising programs for employees;
- provide information and indicators to control lines 2 and 3 on the status and performance of information security.
Employee requirements
- higher education in information technology, cybersecurity or a related field;
- successful work experience as an Information Security Manager or similar information security position;
- experience in implementing ISO/IEC 27001 and other information security standards;
- ability to identify and apply technical and organizational information security risk management measures;
- experience in implementing information security measures that are significant for the entire organization;
- experience in managing information security incidents;
- excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA would be an advantage.
