Information Manager | Electronics Manufacturing

We invite Information Manager to join our growing team, working in Vilnius, Liepkalnis, to supplement and strengthen it.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing divisions develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge about the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• Prepare orders, authorizations, and other company documents.
• Organize the processes of signing company documents, proper document storage, and registration.
• Fill in time sheets.
• Be responsible for the administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• You will maintain general office order, order and update the necessary goods and services as needed.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of periodic and/or additional employee safety and health, fire safety training journals.
• You will provide assistance to managers and company employees.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 13Eur/hr. to 14Eur/hr. (~2184 Eur – 2352 Eur) depending on your experience and competence;

• The employment contract indicates a fixed hourly salary without tax deductions.
