Nature of work:
- assess the technological state of systems, their life cycle, interdependencies, technical debt and architectural risks;
- design the architecture of new solutions and modernization of existing systems;
- develop a common system architecture model, technological standards and reusable components;
- form a unified architecture of integrations, data exchange, reducing fragmentation and duplication of solutions;
- ensure compliance with the requirements for security, reliability, availability, monitoring and business continuity of information systems;
- assess the possibilities, value and risks of practical use of AI, automation, cloud, data platforms and other new technologies;
- consult managers, system owners and project teams, maintain relevant architectural documentation and help solve systemic technological problems.
Employee requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in designing, integrating or modernizing complex information systems (we will consider experience in developing state registers and information systems as an advantage);
- very good systems thinking and the ability to evaluate not only a separate system, but the entire ecosystem of systems, its dependencies and long-term development direction;
- experience in designing APIs, system integrations and data exchange;
- knowledge of the principles of security, reliability, availability, monitoring and business continuity of information systems;
- curiosity for technological innovations, especially AI, and the ability to critically assess their benefits, maturity, risks and practical applicability;
- the ability to clearly justify architectural solutions, present them in a comprehensible way to different audiences, convince and mobilize teams, suppliers and decision-makers;
- the ability to prepare clear architectural documentation (experience in applying C4, UML, BPMN, ArchiMate and/or other modeling methods would be an advantage);
- interest in GIS and spatial data would be an advantage;
- excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and technical English.
