We are looking for an Information Systems Group Manager to join our team, who will ensure the
continuous operation of IT infrastructure and technological systems and coordinate the work of the team.
This is a position where both the ability to organize activities and make decisions, as well as an understanding of the

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and technological systems (stability of networks, servers, workplaces);
- ensure the operation of backup copies (back up), data protection and access rights management;
- implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions, ensure compliance (e.g. GDPR) and respond to security incidents;
- shape the direction of the information systems group and organize the work of the team;
- distribute tasks, ensure their implementation, develop and motivate the team;
- initiate and coordinate technological systems development and maintenance projects;
- set priorities for projects and daily work, coordinate critical situation management in cases of system failures;
- manage the work of suppliers and contractors, ensure service quality, participate in IT service procurement and plan the budget (equipment, licenses, services).
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- at least 3 years of work experience in the IT field and experience in management;
- knowledge of modern IT infrastructure (physical and virtual) and telecommunications systems;
- experience in planning and implementing technological projects;
- leadership, ability to organize teamwork and make decisions;
- knowledge of ITIL principles and ability to apply them in practice;
- good cooperation skills when working with internal and external partners, knowledge of English (for working with
- higher education in the field of IT, informatics or telecommunications;
- category B driver's license;
- experience with public procurement processes is an advantage;
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania (checked before employment).
