- Providing consultations on information systems issues by phone and e-mail;
- Analysis and resolution of information systems user inquiries;
- Analysis of information systems user needs;
- Information systems implementation, user training and consulting.
Employee requirements
- Phone and e-mail consulting experience (HelpDesk);
- Correct spoken/written Lithuanian, ability to formulate thoughts correctly;
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Politeness, patience, responsibility, ability to quickly master the specifics of the work;
- Orientation to client needs and quality.
