Nature of work
●Technical and preventive maintenance, installation, updating, fault diagnostics, organization of repair work and inventory of computer, software, user rights and network equipment;
●Administration, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of computer workstations (Windows OS, Mac OS, Chrome OS);
●Administration and maintenance of computer network, wireless communication and other centralized services (printing, access control, video security system, parking system);
●Interactive whiteboard maintenance, employee training and documentation administration;
●Information systems administration, database security, timely backup and restoration;
●Administration, consulting, planning and change management of the lesson schedule system "TES Timetable (EdVal)";
●Organization of training for existing and new employees on new technologies or changes in software or other areas;
●Creating and updating technical documentation, including IS user guides, software configuration, troubleshooting procedures, etc.;
●Ensuring cybersecurity, data protection, implementing safe work rules and educating employees.

Employee requirements
●At least 1 year of similar work experience or education in IT or related field;
●Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer equipment;
●Experience in maintaining computer equipment;
●Experience in installing and administering IT hardware and software;
●Knowledge of cybersecurity basics;
●Good English language skills, allowing you to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in an international environment;
●Analytical thinking, responsibility, results-oriented;
●Ability to communicate, clearly convey thoughts;
●Ability to work both independently and in a team and make decisions.
An advantage would be:
●Experience in administering Windows OS, Chrome OS, Google Workspace for Business, Google Drive and other Google products;
●Experience in maintaining video surveillance, access control or other centralized systems;
