OBJECTIVE:
- Ensure uninterrupted, stable and secure operation of the Bank's IT operations in daily and crisis situations;
- Organize and manage the work of the IT operations department, ensuring clear responsibility and accountability;
- Ensure the reliability, availability and performance of IT infrastructure, systems, platforms and workplaces;
- Manage IT incidents, problems and escalations from identification to resolution;
- Ensure the security, resilience and business continuity of IT operations (BCP / DRP);
- Plan IT operations resources, manage capacity and initiate operational improvements that increase stability and efficiency.
MOST IMPORTANT:
- IT operations / IT infrastructure management experience;
- Team leadership experience and ability to take responsibility for results;
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, servers and platforms;
- Practical experience in incident, problem, availability and stability management;
- Experience in ensuring IT security, resilience and business continuity in a regulated environment;
- Ability to work in high-critical situations, make decisions under pressure;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, systematic approach to problem solving;
- Good knowledge of English (for communication, audits, documentation);
- Advantages: experience in the financial sector, work with critical systems, IT resource and capacity planning, contact with audits and regulatory requirements.
