INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGER

At least 3 years of experience in managing or coordinating IT projects or project portfolios.
Practical experience in managing deadlines, risks, priorities, suppliers and stakeholders.
Sufficient understanding of IT and technological systems to work with IT, OT, engineering and cybersecurity specialists.
Understands the principles of system integrations, technical specifications and feasibility studies.
Able to coordinate multiple interrelated initiatives and communicate clearly with specialists, suppliers and management.
Higher education in project management, IT or engineering;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Advantages:
Experience in managing IT/OT, infrastructure or other technologically complex projects.
Experience with feasibility studies, technical specifications, suppliers or procurement processes.
Experience with EU-funded projects or CPVA.
Experience or certification in applying project management methodologies.
Knowledge of IT/OT architecture, cybersecurity, business continuity or NIS2 / IEC 62443.

Coordinate the preparation of five feasibility studies and related deliverables.
Organize information gathering, work sessions, site visits and reconciliation of deliverables.
Coordinate IT/OT architecture, integrations, cybersecurity, risks, alternatives and budget analysis.
Ensure the preparation of technical specifications, action plans and executive summaries.
Coordinate the work of internal teams, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
Oversee IT project portfolio, priorities, deadlines, risks and interdependencies.
