We are looking for someone who will not only develop technological solutions, but also create a long-term technological competitive advantage for the organization. This is a position where decisions made directly affect the group's growth, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Over the past few years, we have created strong IT foundations at Eglė Sanatorium - modern infrastructure, a high level of information security, a professional IT team of 19 people and most importantly - our own ERP system, which today operates the entire Eglė Group.
We are looking for a technology leader who will further develop this foundation, ensure ERP evolution and help create even greater value for our customers and employees with technology.

Main responsibilities:
🌲 Technology strategy and digital transformation
🌲 IT organization development
🌲 ERP development and business solutions
🌲 IT governance and security
- To form and implement the group's technological development direction.
- To lead the organization's digital transformation and technology development.
- To ensure the consistent development of its own ERP system, its functionality development and integration with other business systems.
- To identify technological solutions that would increase operational efficiency, customer experience and organizational competitiveness.
- To be a technological partner to the management team in making strategic business decisions.
🌲 IT organization development
- To further develop the already created IT architecture, standards and management model.
- To ensure the highest quality of IT services and the reliability of critical systems.
- To manage technological projects and ensure their implementation on time and within budget.
- To strengthen cooperation between IT and business units.
🌲 ERP development and business solutions
- To form a long-term vision for the development of its own ERP system.
- Ensure that the ERP system grows with the business and responds to the changing needs of the organization.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of new functionalities, process digitization and integrations.
- Together with business units, identify opportunities to create greater value through technology solutions.
- Ensure the development of data-driven solutions in the organization.
🌲 IT governance and security
- Ensure the highest level of information and cybersecurity.
- Manage IT budget and technology investments.
- Develop cooperation with external technology partners.
Competences important to us:
- Experience leading an IT, technology or digital transformation department.
- Experience developing or implementing ERP or other business management systems.
- Ability to translate technology into business results.
- Experience managing complex technology projects.
- Strategic thinking and change leadership.
- Experience working with Cloud, Microsoft ecosystem, data analytics and AI solutions.
- Knowledge of IT architecture, systems integrations and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team building skills.

"Eglės Sanatorija" is an organization with more than 50 years of experience, a leader in the fields of medical rehabilitation and sanatorium treatment in the Baltic States. Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country. They provide inpatient and outpatient medical rehabilitation services using the most modern methods of physiotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other scientific advances.
