We hope you:
- Has a higher education;
- Has at least 5 years of work experience in the field of IT equipment or systems administration, maintenance, creation, development or expansion;
- Has experience in managing IT projects, for example, information systems installation, upgrade or migration projects;
- Has at least 3 years of managerial experience, leading a team, structural unit or unit thereof or organizing, coordinating and controlling the work of a group of employees;
- Able to work with MS Office programs and document management systems;
- You are a strong leader, able to inspire, develop, mobilize and motivate a team to achieve common goals and successfully implement changes;
- Distinguished by strategic and analytical thinking, initiative and the ability to make timely and well-founded decisions;
- You have excellent command of the Lithuanian language;
Responsibilities waiting for you:
- Organize and ensure the effective operation of the unit and the implementation of the set goals.
- Lead the planning, implementation, maintenance and development activities of IT infrastructure and information systems.
- Coordinate IT projects, including system implementation, upgrade and migration.
- Analyze performance results, initiate and implement process improvement solutions.
- Mobilize and develop the team, encourage initiative and involvement in changes.
- Ensure the efficient use of resources, adherence to safety culture and quality principles.
