Main functions of the position:
- Assistance to company employees in solving technical challenges and consulting in working with document management and other systems.
- Expert support for MS office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.).
- Maintenance of financial accounting and personnel management systems (Labbis accounting, Bonus).
- Connectivity and network maintenance - troubleshooting VPN connections and Wi-Fi network.
- Maintenance, support, administration and preparation of new computer workstations, installation of IT equipment, printer maintenance and toner replacement.
- Periodic technical inspection of computers, software optimization.
- Preparation of technical and internal documentation, filling in repair and maintenance registers.
Employee requirements:
- Engineering or science education.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office software and the ability to clearly convey this knowledge to others.
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 (installation, adaptation, troubleshooting).
- Ability to quickly understand the principles of information systems, software functionality.
- Knowledge of the basics of network operation.
- Ability to work physically with computer equipment, patience, sociability and the search for effective solutions.
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative, systematic approach to problem solving.
