We care so we expect you to:
- Have a higher education (preferably in the field of engineering, construction, infrastructure or transportation);
- Have practical work experience in the field of infrastructure development project management;
- Know project management, strategic planning, budget management, public procurement procedures;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level);
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing;
- You are independent, responsible, able to plan time, manage several tasks simultaneously and work towards a result.
- Knowledge of PMP, Prince2 or other project management methodologies is an advantage.
You will be responsible for:
- Management of projects of strategic importance from planning to implementation;
- Preparation of project plans, budgets, reports and risk assessments, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines;
- Cooperation with municipalities, partners, state institutions and contractors, representing the interests of projects;
- Control of the quality, deadlines and results of project implementation, ensuring their success.
