Public Institution "Kaunas IN" invites you to join the team and contribute to the maintenance and development of the infrastructure of ALEX Kaunas Innovation Park.
As the park moves into a new stage of development, we are looking for a responsible, proactive and solution-oriented team member who will coordinate the infrastructure maintenance and development processes, organize the resolution of technical issues and ensure the smooth implementation of the necessary works.

Job Description:
- Coordination of the maintenance and development of the infrastructure of the Innovation Park, including both the existing building and its engineering systems, and land plots intended for investors;
- Coordination of daily technical maintenance of the building and territory, ensuring the smooth operation of engineering systems;
- Organization of the solution of technical problems and failures, including electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing and other engineering systems;
- Monitoring the technical condition of the building and territory, identifying defects, assessing potential risks and coordinating their elimination;
- Organization and coordination of necessary technical works - from identifying a problem or need, searching for the most suitable solution to the implementation of works and control of results;
- Cooperation with existing and potential tenants and investors, clarifying their technical needs and coordinating the necessary infrastructure solutions;
- Organization of technical preparation for the establishment of new companies;
- Cooperation with Kaunas City Municipality Administration, contractors and other parties responsible for the development and maintenance of infrastructure.

- Higher education in engineering, construction or a related field;
- Experience in coordinating maintenance, construction or infrastructure projects (required);
- Understanding of building engineering systems, infrastructure solutions and their operating principles (required);
- Ability to independently plan, organize and coordinate work, set priorities and control their implementation;
- Good communication, cooperation and organizational skills;
- Ability to respond promptly to non-standard situations, make decisions and look for alternatives;
- Proactive approach to challenges - it is important for us not only to notice the problem, but also to look for ways to solve it.
