INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Klaipėda - UAB „Vlantana“

Your daily responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain building and territory engineering systems and ensure their operation;
  • Ensure the technical condition of heating, plumbing, sewage, ventilation, compressed air, air conditioning, solar power plants and other systems;
  • Identify and eliminate faults;
  • Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical and other household repair work;
  • Write down data from accounting devices and keep consumption records;
  • Fill in technical and accounting documentation;
control.

We hope you:

  • You are experienced in infrastructure management or farm maintenance (an advantage);
  • You understand building engineering and energy systems;
  • You have excellent planning, organizing and controlling skills;
  • You are able to make and implement decisions independently;
  • You have good computer skills;
  • You have a driver's license (we are a bit far from the city).
