NATURE OF WORK

  • Organization of maintenance work on buildings and engineering systems, control of performance.
  • Organization of repair, timely renovation and other maintenance work on buildings: planning, organization and coordination of periodic and one-time works.
  • Ensuring precise cleanliness and order in the supervised objects (organization of sweeping, cleaning, etc. works).
  • Direct communication with companies providing maintenance and other services and performing contracting work.
  • Filling and management of documentation related to the maintenance of the technical condition of buildings and engineering systems.

WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Higher engineering education.
  • Work experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation and maintenance of structures and their engineering systems.
  • Ability to plan and organize work, ensuring effective execution of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Attention to detail and attentiveness.
  • Ability to quickly navigate in a dynamic environment, maintaining precision and structure of work.
  • Systematic and responsible approach to documentation management and recording of completed work.
  • Proactivity, result orientation and good communication and cooperation skills.
