NATURE OF WORK
- Organization of maintenance work on buildings and engineering systems, control of performance.
- Organization of repair, timely renovation and other maintenance work on buildings: planning, organization and coordination of periodic and one-time works.
- Ensuring precise cleanliness and order in the supervised objects (organization of sweeping, cleaning, etc. works).
- Direct communication with companies providing maintenance and other services and performing contracting work.
- Filling and management of documentation related to the maintenance of the technical condition of buildings and engineering systems.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Higher engineering education.
- Work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the principles of operation and maintenance of structures and their engineering systems.
- Ability to plan and organize work, ensuring effective execution of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Category B driver's license.
- Attention to detail and attentiveness.
- Ability to quickly navigate in a dynamic environment, maintaining precision and structure of work.
- Systematic and responsible approach to documentation management and recording of completed work.
- Proactivity, result orientation and good communication and cooperation skills.
