Infrastructure Manager

• Have a higher education in IT or technology.
• Have at least 3 years of IT and 1 year of work organization experience.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, backups and business continuity.
• Able to organize, delegate and control the work of a team.
• Able to mobilize, develop and motivate a team.
• Understand IT service, incident, problem and change management.
• Able to work with technical documentation, suppliers and service

contracts.

• You speak English well.
• You are responsible, systematic and result-oriented.

• I will lead the IT infrastructure team, organize work and

develop employees.

• I will ensure reliable, secure and uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure.
• I will manage incidents, problems, changes and continuity of IT services.
• I will oversee IT infrastructure standards, configurations and

technology life cycle.

• I will ensure IT security, backups, data recovery and

access control.

• I will manage IT assets, licenses, CMDB and infrastructure documentation.
• I will coordinate IT equipment maintenance, repair and purchases.
• I will manage suppliers, SLA, KPI and service quality.
• I will participate in IT infrastructure modernization and implementation

projects.

• I will analyze results and initiate efficiency and cost

optimization solutions.
