We are looking for a colleague who:

would initiate, implement and coordinate experimental activities, innovation implementation and innovation-based product and/or service development projects, and supervise them;
would conduct technology reconnaissance and search for innovative solutions, collect, store and analyze information about them (technical characteristics, pricing and/or price, licensing, etc.);
would conduct an analysis of the possibilities of using new and modern technologies and their applicability in different areas of the company's activities;
would analyze the technological solutions and operational processes used by the Company, assess their modernity and efficiency, and the possibilities of changing and improving them through innovations;
would analyze the solutions and operational processes used by Lithuanian and foreign companies engaged in analogous or similar activities, and their acquired good experience;
coordinate, prepare, systematize, document the Department's initiatives or projects information about the progress, status, risks, resources, costs, etc., publicize the results;
participate, make suggestions in creating an innovation activity model, including a system of processes and responsibilities, allowing for effective planning, implementation and evaluation of innovation initiatives in the Company;
participate in conferences, seminars, other events related to innovations, their implementation and application;
provide comments on regulatory acts, technical conditions and other documents prepared by other departments.

In this position, we are interested in:

higher university education or equivalent;
at least 2 years of work experience in the field of innovation, service, product development (working with artificial intelligence, blockchains, biometrics and other digital technologies);
experience in preparing applications and/or business plans and/or feasibility studies and/or investment projects would be an advantage;
experience in applying Agile principles in project management would be an advantage;
experience in collaborating with startup communities and academic institutions would be an advantage;
excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
English language proficiency at B1 level;
knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;

Salary:

2,628 – 3,942 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
