Innovation expert

In the Innovation team as anInnovation Expert you will explore new opportunities, look for solutions and help good ideas turn into real projects. You will analyze what works, what we can improve, and together with partners you will look for ways to apply modern technologies in our services and create more value.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• initiate and coordinate experimental activities, pilot projects, innovation implementation and innovation-based product and (or) service development projects;
• would be interested in new technologies and look for innovative solutions, collect and evaluate information about them (technical features, pricing and (or) price, licensing, etc.);
• analyze how the latest technologies could be applied in different areas of the company's activities, be able to identify problem areas;
• analyze the technological solutions and operational processes used by the Company, assess their modernity and efficiency, and the possibilities to change and improve them through innovations;
• analyze the solutions and operational processes used by Lithuanian and foreign companies performing analogous or similar activities, and their acquired good experience;
• collect and document information about innovation projects (progress, risks, resources, costs, etc.), ensure that the most important information reaches the right people;
• participate and provide suggestions in developing an innovation activity model, including a system of processes and responsibilities that allows for effective planning, implementation and evaluation of innovation initiatives in the Company;
• participate in conferences, seminars, and other events related to innovations, their implementation and application.

In this position, we value:

• higher university education or equivalent;
• at least 2 years of work experience in the field of innovation, services, product development (working with artificial intelligence, blockchain, biometrics and other digital technologies);
• strong analytical skills in assessing the applicability of technologies, business value, risks, costs and expected impact on the organization;
• experience in preparing applications and (or) business plans and (or) feasibility studies and (or) investment projects would be an advantage;
• experience in applying Agile or other project management principles would be an advantage;
• experience in collaborating with startup communities and academic institutions would be an advantage;
• excellent ability to convey thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
• proficiency in English at level B1;
• organization, responsibility, curiosity, initiative, orientation towards results and value creation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:

• 2,800 - 4,200 Eur/month excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
