INNOVATION EXPERT(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Innovation and Service Development team. In this position, you will be responsible for innovation analysis and insight, turning ideas into pilot projects, implementing and coordinating pilot projects, participating in international projects, solving complex problems and finding partners and executing cooperation agreements. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Turning ideas into pilot projects that enable efficient and smart operation of the electricity and gas network;
• Developing and implementing network flexibility services;
• Implementing pilot projects and coordinating the implementation of solutions into daily operations;
• Actively participating and performing assigned tasks in international H2020 program projects;
• Solving complex problems: delving deeper, understanding the essence of the issue, involving others and being able to offer smart solutions.
• Searching for partners necessary for the development of innovations and executing partnership agreements;
• Getting to know, analyzing and providing insights into the innovations being implemented;
• Representing the company in international associations (E.DSO, EU DSO entity, etc.).

• At least 3 years of experience in developing services, products, innovations or implementing energy projects;
• Excellent large-scale project management and time planning skills;
• Higher university education;
• Ability to delve into legal regulation;
• Ability to visually and clearly present complex information, present it to different audiences and reconcile different interests;
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented.

An advantage would be:

• Higher education in engineering or natural sciences;
• Knowledge of various energy sectors (electricity, gas, renewable energy sources).

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 4,260 to EUR 6,380 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
