Main responsibilities:
- To form and implement a strategy for the application of innovation and artificial intelligence
- To identify priority technological directions (AI, IoT, automation, RPA, digital solutions, etc.) and initiate their application in operations
- To manage the innovation process from idea to value creation: opportunity analysis, idea generation, prioritization, testing, implementation and support
- To ensure that innovations create tangible benefits – increase operational efficiency, reliability, improve customer experience and financial results
- To set innovation goals, track value indicators, evaluate results after pilot testing, implementation and adaptation stages
- To analyze E2E processes together with departments, initiate workshops and solution search, integrating AI and other innovative solutions
- To develop and maintain innovation, AI and digitalization methodologies, standards and documentation, in close cooperation with other departments
- To manage testing of innovative solutions and experimentation cycles, ensuring their smooth transition to the operational environment and continued use
- Prepare and implement user engagement, training and communication plans, actively communicate innovation results and develop the organization's innovation competencies
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in computer science, data science, engineering, business analytics or similar field)
- At least 2 years of experience implementing innovation, data or artificial intelligence initiatives
- Good understanding of organizational architecture, data flows and IT systems integration principles
- Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking, etc.)
- Ability to analyze information, formulate insights, provide reasoned recommendations and make data-based decisions
- Understanding of data platforms, experience working with Power BI, Power Platform or programming
- Strategic and critical thinking, ability to solve complex problems and orientation to results
- Initiative, creativity, interest in modern technologies and innovative solutions
- Fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
