Position responsibilities:
- Generation, initiation, presentation and development of innovative ideas aimed at business development
- Preparation of business plans
- Proactive involvement in the projects of the Group's companies and assistance in their implementation
- Presentation of project results in accordance with time, budget, scope and quality standards
- Communication with clients and partners, participation in projects and negotiations
- Creation of action plans and ensuring their implementation. Setting project deadlines/plans, milestones.
We hope that:
- You have a higher university education (engineering would be an advantage);
- At least 3 years of successful work experience in engineering or technological project management;
- You are able to analyze technical information and draw reasonable conclusions;
- You have an excellent understanding of business management processes;
- You have good command of English (verbal and written);
- You are able to work in a rapidly changing environment;
- You are characterized by strategic thinking with an orientation towards results, not afraid to take responsibility;
- You have excellent communication, argumentation and negotiation skills.
