Main responsibilities:
- To formulate and implement the organization's innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy
- To identify priority technological directions (AI, automation, RPA, digital solutions, etc.), assess their potential and initiate practical application in operations
- To manage the life cycle of innovation and AI solutions from idea to value creation: opportunity analysis, idea generation, prioritization, testing, implementation and support
- To ensure that innovations create tangible benefits, increase operational efficiency and reliability, improve customer experience and financial results
- To set innovation goals, monitor value indicators and evaluate results after pilot testing, implementation and adaptation stages
- To analyze processes, organize workshops and identify opportunities for the application of artificial intelligence and other innovative solutions together with the organization's departments
- To monitor trends in artificial intelligence technologies, the market and good practices, assess their applicability in the organization and provide recommendations regarding their implementation
- Manage pilot projects of artificial intelligence and other innovative solutions and ensure their integration into daily activities
- Prepare and implement initiatives for the development of AI competencies, engagement and communication of employees, promote the formation of an AI culture and the application of good practices in the organization
What do we expect?
- Higher education, preferably in information technology, data analysis, business management or a related field
- Experience in initiating and implementing innovation, digitalization or artificial intelligence initiatives
- Knowledge of organizational architecture, data flows and IT systems integration principles
- Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking or others)
- Ability to analyze information and data, formulate insights, provide recommendations and make data-based decisions
- Ability to initiate changes, collaborate with different departments and manage the expectations of stakeholders
- Strategic and critical thinking, ability to solve complex problems and orientation to result
- Interest in modern technologies, artificial intelligence and innovative solutions, initiative and creativity
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good command of English
- Knowledge of data platforms; experience with Power BI, Power Platform or programming would be an advantage
