🚀 What will you do?

You will develop new products: from the first idea to the recipe ready for production.

  • You will experiment and test: together with the marketing team, you will organize consumer tests, analyze the results and improve the recipes based on them.
  • You will assess the potential of the product: you will analyze the price of raw materials, technological properties, production capabilities and assess whether the idea can become a real product.
  • You will improve what already works: you will look for ways to improve the quality of existing products, optimize their cost to better meet market needs.
  • You will look for innovations: you will be interested in new raw materials, ingredients, technologies, participate in supplier presentations and exhibitions.
  • You will share knowledge: you will provide training for the sales team about new products, their features and advantages.

🎯 What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education in food technology, chemistry or a similar field.
  • Experience in creating recipes, developing new products or improving existing ones (3-5 years).
  • Analytical thinking and the ability not only to experiment, but also to evaluate the result.
  • Curiosity, interest in new raw materials, technologies and food product trends.
  • Independence, diligence and the ability to cooperate with teams from different fields.
