In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Search for technological and media innovations, their evaluation and application in the organization's activities;
- Development, testing and implementation of solutions based on artificial intelligence, automation, cloud and IP technologies;
- Development of prototypes of new technological solutions, system integration and process automation;
- Coordination of technological projects, system implementation, optimization and improvement;
- Assessment of the needs of TV and radio technological infrastructure and provision of solutions for its modernization;
- Cooperation with internal teams, technology suppliers and external partners in implementing innovation projects.
We hope you will have:
- Secondary education or professional qualification (advantage – in informatics, telecommunications, electronics or related field);
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills and English language knowledge;
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and generative AI solutions, programming and automation principles;
- Programming basics (Python, JavaScript or other language) and the ability to create API integrations and prototypes of technological solutions;
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and IP-based technological solutions;
- Understanding of television, radio and media technological processes and the ability to assess the possibilities of applying new technologies;
- Ability to analyze complex processes, independently seek solutions and effectively plan work;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
