- plan, organize and coordinate the activities of the Integration Solutions Development Group;
- coordinate the programming and integration work of registers and information systems (applications, databases) created and developed in the company;
- coordinate the creation of interfaces between information systems, ensure their operation and development;
- coordinate the creation, implementation and development of a new integration platform (integration layer);
- organize and coordinate the modernization and integration activities of existing (legacy) information systems;
- ensure that integration solutions are implemented in accordance with the approved architectural, security and technological requirements;
- coordinate the development of functions, procedures, packages and other objects of the company's registers, information systems and databases;
- coordinate the management of dependencies between information systems, projects and teams;
- ensure the integration of supervised information systems with state register information systems and other information systems operating in the company;
- participate in planning information systems and integration solutions development initiatives and ensure their implementation;
- manage the group's resources, priorities, risks and ensure timely implementation of work;
- take care of the development of group competencies, employee involvement and team strengthening;
- cooperate on issues in the supervised area with other structural units of the company, external companies, institutions, institutions and organizations.
In this position, we value:
- higher university degree or equivalent;
- experience in leading a unit, project group or product development (internal/external) team;
- at least 2 years of work experience in the field of information systems development, integration, development or organization of these works;
- experience in coordinating the development or integration of several interconnected information systems;
- experience in working with large-scale information systems or registers, coordinating system modernization or transformation initiatives would be an advantage;
- understanding of the principles of information systems integration, API, data exchange and system interoperability solutions;
- knowledge of IT project management methodologies and IT standards (experience in the practical application of the Agile methodology would be an advantage);
- ability to coordinate the work of several teams, manage interdependencies and ensure effective cooperation;
- ability to independently plan, organize one's own and the team's activities, make decisions and solve problem situations;
- excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
- excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
- English language proficiency at least at B1 level;
- compliance with the requirements set out in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation and impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:
- 3,806-5,708 Eur/month excluding taxes. The exact amount of salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
